This beautiful shooting star pendant features a vibrant brilliant cut, .30 carat red Sapphire set in 14k white gold with a trail of Gibeon meteorite. The trail is hand carved from meteorite and has been etched with nitric acid to reveal the characteristic patterns, or Widmanstatten figures, of iron meteorites. The pendant hangs from an 18k yellow gold bale that has been laser welded to the back of the meteorite and is on a single strand, 14k white gold cable. The pendant measures 29mm by 9mm.
