18k Gold Ring with Orange Sapphire & Meteorite

This handsome 18k gold ring features Gibeon Meteorite inlay set with a fiery, brilliant cut orange/red Sapphire. The meteorite has been etched with nitric acid to reveal the characteristic patterns, or Widmanstatten figures, of iron meteorites, which is in beautiful contrast with the flush mounted berrylium diffused Sapphire. The Sapphire is 1.01 carats, the ring is 10 mm wide at the top, tapering to 7.9 mm at the back and weighs 27 grams total. The ring is a size 11.75 and can be sized up or down slightly.  This ring can be custom made with any gemstone and gemstone placement as in the attached images.
